Terms of use
These terms apply when a customer activates or uses Nordsynk through Fortnox. Nordsynk is provided by Nordbeam AB as a remote MCP service for authorized Fortnox users.
Service
Nordsynk provides a hosted MCP endpoint and related setup, support, and admin pages that let authorized Fortnox users access Fortnox data from supported AI clients.
Users and access
Each human user must use their own Fortnox account and, when licensing is enforced, their own active Nordsynk seat in each Fortnox company where they use the service. The customer is responsible for assigning, removing, and reviewing user access in Fortnox and in its own environment.
Pricing and billing
Nordsynk is offered through Fortnox at 199 SEK per Fortnox company and user per month. Fortnox handles subscription administration, billing, renewal, and cancellation according to the customer's Fortnox agreement and current Fortnox Marketplace flow.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the prompts, workflows, internal approvals, and data-handling rules used together with AI clients that connect to Nordsynk. The customer must only let authorized users access data they are permitted to handle.
Availability and support
Nordbeam AB aims to keep Nordsynk available and secure, but may perform maintenance, update the service, or limit access when needed for security, legal compliance, or platform changes in Fortnox or supported MCP clients.
