01 — The monthly report

A draft every month, which you approve

The email to the board and the accounting firm holds the key figures with last year and budget alongside, three comments in plain Swedish, and a link to the full material. The figures come from the bookkeeping.

The comments are drafted with AI from figures calculated in advance. A check stops any figure that is not in the material, and you can edit the text before anything is sent.

Each recipient gets their own link, valid for 90 days. You can see who has opened the report.

02 — Income statement and balance sheet

Every month against last year and budget

The income statement is set out by type of cost, with the month, year to date, the same month last year and budget. The balance sheet is shown at each month end. Open a line to see its accounts, and an account to see the largest vouchers with series and number.

03 — Key ratios

Key ratios with the formula shown

Equity ratio, quick ratio, gross margin and customer credit days are calculated from the bookkeeping and shown with the formula and inputs. If the denominator is zero or negative, a dash and the reason are shown instead of a number that only looks right.

04 — Cash forecast

13 weeks ahead, with the lowest point marked

The forecast starts from the bank balance when the bank connection is in place, otherwise from the booked balance. Open customer and supplier invoices, salaries, taxes and recurring costs are placed on their due dates. Every assumption is listed under the table, and tax amounts are estimates.

Example · sample data

Cash per week, SEK thousands

Assumptions

  • Starting point: booked balance of the bank accounts, SEK 1,240k on 12 October.
  • Customer payments land on the due date plus the customer's typical payment delay, 21 days for Solvik Fastigheter AB.
  • Salaries of SEK 480k on the 25th. Employer contributions and tax on the 12th of the next month, estimated from the last three months.
  • VAT quarterly, per the company's VAT period, estimated. Recurring supplier Hyra Lager AB is included at SEK 38k a month.
The lowest week is marked. The forecast is an estimate, and each assumption is listed under the chart.
05 — Review and send

No report leaves the company without a person

An admin checks the figures, edits the comment if needed and approves. Sending stops if a check fails or if the reconciliation with the bookkeeping does not match. Automatic sending can be switched on per company, but only when every check passes.
