You buy and pay through Fortnox Marketplace when you activate — the charge lands on your existing Fortnox invoice. A seat is needed in each Fortnox company; one seat does not cover them all.

Example: 1 user across 10 Fortnox companies costs 10 x 199 SEK/month = 1,990 SEK/month. Browser approval is the default; each company can enable auto-approve. Fortnox permissions and Nordsynk access policies still apply.

For accounting bureaus and company groups that want invoice operations across many Fortnox companies: supplier-invoice inbox, OCR, comments, attest, approvals, access control, and one shared workspace. You pay per active connected client company — all consultants and users are included.

Volume pricing: 149 SEK per active client company per month for the first 10 companies, then 99 SEK for companies 11–50 and 69 SEK beyond that. A base fee of 490 SEK/month covers all consultants.

Billed through a Nordsynk agreement
Stripe billing starts only after you connect your first client company in Fortnox. Active connected client companies set the monthly price; disconnecting a company removes it from future pricing. Team invites never change the price.

Example: an agency with 5 active client companies pays the 490 base fee plus 5 × 149 SEK/month = 1,235 SEK/month excl. VAT. With 30 active client companies: 490 plus 10 × 149 plus 20 × 99 SEK/month = 3,960 SEK/month excl. VAT — regardless of consultant count.
Pricing FAQ
How is Nordsynk billed?
It depends how you buy. Through Fortnox Marketplace, Nordsynk is activated in each Fortnox company, seats are assigned to the users there, and the fee lands on your existing Fortnox invoice. With a Nordsynk agreement we invoice one combined monthly Stripe invoice instead, based on the number of actively connected client companies.
What counts as a license?
On Marketplace, a Nordsynk license is one user seat in one Fortnox company: the same person working in several companies needs a seat in each. With a Nordsynk agreement there are no Marketplace seats — the price follows the number of actively connected client companies and every consultant is included.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. On Marketplace the license follows Fortnox standard terms, and you remove seats or deactivate Nordsynk directly in the Fortnox portal. With a Nordsynk agreement you disconnect the client companies you no longer want, and they drop out of future pricing.
Are there any extra costs?
Nordsynk has no setup fee, API meter, or per-call charge. On Marketplace, Nordsynk costs 199 SEK per Fortnox company and user per month; its listing is marked “Köp hos Fortnox”, so Marketplace activation does not add a separate Fortnox integration licence. With a Nordsynk agreement, you pay the base fee plus the price per active client company under that agreement's activation terms.
When should we choose a Nordsynk agreement instead of Marketplace?
Choose a Nordsynk agreement when the same accounting team manages many Fortnox companies and needs one operational workspace for client access, supplier-invoice inbox/OCR, attest, comments, approvals, and follow-up. Choose Marketplace when companies prefer to buy and assign Nordsynk seats directly through Fortnox.
What counts as an active client company?
An active connected client company counts toward the monthly price until you disconnect it from the workspace. All consultants are included. The plan also includes a fair-use pool, and at very high volume we agree on the setup before any extra charges.
