Activation happens in Fortnox Marketplace — you buy Nordsynk there, pick the company, and assign seats to your team. No separate contract and no card details: the cost lands on your regular Fortnox invoice, 199 SEK per Fortnox company and user per month.
After that, each user connects with their own Fortnox account and configures their AI client — ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP client.
When you pay
Billing and licenses run through Fortnox Marketplace — the cost is added to your existing Fortnox invoice and never billed by Nordsynk. Each user needs a seat in every Fortnox company they work in; one Marketplace seat does not cover all companies.

Step 1
Open Nordsynk in Fortnox Marketplace
The button above opens Nordsynk's product page directly, so the admin does not need to browse the integrations directory first.
Step 2
Choose the company and activate Nordsynk
Continue in Fortnox as the company admin, choose the right company, order the required seats, and assign them to the human Fortnox users. Then copy the company's user activation link from the Nordsynk dashboard.
Step 3
Each user makes their first connection
The user opens the company-specific link, signs in to Nordsynk by email, and connects the company with their own human Fortnox account. Only then do they continue to ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP client.
What opens next
Fortnox opens the product page for Nordsynk directly, instead of sending the admin to the general integrations directory first.
